  • Today is all about preparing for the Hardmoors 60 (well 63 miles as it turns out) that Ali is running next weekend. Ali talks all about her running preparation, the mental side of things and how to be ready for when its tough or when things dont go to plan. We also chat about race goals and the practical preparation for the race which will be a fun day out for us all! We will be debriefing on a future episode of how it all went, so watch this space!
