Has it really been over a month since we uploaded an episode? yes. And do we want to talk about it? also yes, we give an abbreviated version of why we've been absent for so long! Extremely short version: we've had our heads down physically working or working on ourselves. But after such a long break, we bring you Lightlark! The book that got us both out of our reading slumps. This YA romantasy was just what we needed to get our asses back into gear. I think this is our first book with a love triangle and its easy to see we need to add more, asap, like my heart loves going back and forth on who I want to root for. The twists made this book and gave such a refreshing taste to classic tropes! Maddie is working her way through Tower of Dawn right now and we already have other eps lined up so the hiatuses are over for good y'all so we can all breathe a sigh of relief. It's good to be back.
