Episode 83- Vices & Virtues of Venting

  • サマリー

  • Venting is the act of releasing stored up emotional energy in often forceful, physical, verbal, & hurtful ways.
The theory of catharsis is the statement that venting is healthy way to release anger; however, there are multiple scientific studies over the last 60 years showing evidence that venting can increase your chances of losing control. That being said, with the proper maturity and purpose backing it up, venting can actually be a proper action to take in some cases. In this episode you will learn about the good and the bad, AKA the virtues and vices of venting!
