In Episode 9, Jade tries ecstatic dance. She meets Morning Gloryville founder Samantha Moyo in the UK to talk about sober raves - and heads over to the beautiful Udara yoga retreat and spa in Bali to try a class for herself. Then she discusses it with DJ Sean, who sees it all from behind the decks.
Meet this week’s guests:
Samantha Moyo is the original founder of Morning Gloryville, the wellness movement that went global and onboarded 200K members within its first 18months. Since selling the business, she’s been signed to a music label; lived with indigenous tribes in Africa; delivered a TEDx talk; continued to feature in national press and offered transformational coaching.
DJ Sean is a yogi, surfer and ecstatic dance DJ who’s lived all over the world and now sees the world of ecstatic dance from behind the decks.

Jade’s mission is to bring the benefits of holistic practices to the masses, showing us you don’t have to live a bohemian lifestyle to embrace your spiritual side.Recorded in the spiritual mecca of Bali, each episode sees Jade experience a different Eastern therapy to determine whether there is merit in the method and how we might incorporate it into our Western lives.
