When I think about how far I've come, the things I went through, the struggles I had with my body, loving it, hating it, defining myself, I just laugh. I laugh because there was a time when I cried myself to sleep endlessly. There was a time when I never thought the place I'm at now existed. I laugh because I'm healed, because I don't relate or recognise that pain anymore. This is the story of how it all began (please listen to episode 8 first because it gives the background story) and my very long journey of getting to where I'm at now... I hope this segment teaches you something, inspires someone, educates on things that people are not always open to speak about and that someone will trust me with a piece of their struggle or insecurity too.
