Eric Rosso has been teaching yoga sculpt since 2013, and in 2015 he received his 200-hour yoga certification and started teaching other forms of yoga. As one of the owners of Yoga Room Hawaii, Eric truly believes yoga can help all individuals move towards a more meaningful, balanced and happier life path. Alongside yoga, he facilitates breathwork sessions for groups and individuals. In an hour and half, he can bring you to greater peace, reduce stress levels, give you more energy, help you sleep better, move stuck energy but most of all, get you into a subconscious state where you will be able to solve problems you mind can't do in a conscious state.
