    If you are feeling like you need some inspiration for growing the size of your bootcamp and group fitness classes, then you will love today’s episode.

    It’s natural in a fitness business to go through periods where you have lots of new people coming in and periods where you just have a few new faces appearing at your classes.     Sometimes when life throws a curve ball it can be a good thing.
