If its drugs, you can google Drug Prevention Hotline and it should give you numbers, you can also be specific in your searches. Each town should have a Compass Health or the equivalent.
Alcohol is the same with AA meetings all over the country, I google nearest AA or NA meetings. Our town also has the free paper that gives the location, time and dates for meetings. They are very helpful. There should be a Compass Health or the equivalent in your city or town.
