The Florida Classic was a sight to see for those in attendance and the centerpiece of a successful weekend for those who really cherish the rivalry with Bethune Cookman University as the Wildcats were 0-2 against FAMU on the athletic everything.

But that is not the full story for the weekend, FAMU Men’s Basketball was able to get a win while the Lady Rattlers stayed in Orlando until Sunday but left with a tough loss.

You can’t win them all but you sure as heck want to.

In what can be explained as nothing more than a nightmare in Bragg Memorial Stadium the Rattlers gave the Devils an opening and had Hell to pay.

And again the Number 21 stinks in the minds of the FAMU faithful.

On the other side of things FAMU Volleyball has won the SWAC but that success is definitely overshadowed by the outcome in Bragg.
