    Let me tell you a bit more about myself...

    I'm a 45 year old woman in the UK, I had a big burnout which coincided with menopause symptoms from hell. After a bit of "hokey cokeying" with work, I left my well paid leadership job in teaching, with nowhere to go and nothing to do.


    I took this as my opportunity to sell up and move to Italy. I was living La Dolce Vita until my permit to stay expired and I found myself with no way to go back. This was not how things were supposed to go...


    Follow along as my life, hopefully, develops into a beautiful dream life! As we go along, I will be sharing tidbits from my coaching and wellbeing practice that could just help you out too.


    Season 1 is all about the pillars of wellbeing, then in season 2, we'll dive a bit deeper!


    I am an ICF accredited Transformative Life Coach and certified Menopause Coach. I work both with private clients as well as running corporate training on topics relating to staff wellbeing; Burnout, Menopause and Menstruation.
