    Lori is a speaker, coach, author, and independent board director and board advisor. She's the founder of Courtyard Connections LLC, which is an advisory firm focused on marketing and leadership. She's worked with PepsiCo, the Children's Place Retail Stores, Keurig, Peloton, Harvest Business School, and so many more.

    Lori is also a sought after keynote speaker for her signature talk entitled Train For The Career And Life You Desire. And the focus there is helping women reach their full potential.

    Lori's a founding member of the Band of Sisters, which is a group of former PepsiCo executives, and they speak to Fortune 500 companies about all aspects of diversity, equity, inclusion, and leadership. And they have a book that you can get and their book is entitled You Should Smile More, How to Dismantle Gender Bias in the Workplace.

    Lori also uses her passion for fitness and wellness in her mentoring and coaching and in her signature framework, Everything I need to know, I Learned at Yoga.
