Colossians 1:15-20.
Aaron, Ben, Clayton and Dustin begin looking at some of the facts about Jesus listed in verses 15-20, including what it means to be the firstborn of all creation.

Colossians 1:9-14. Aaron, Ben, Clayton and Dustin continue in their study of the book of Colossians and look at the contents of Paul's prayer for the Christians in Colossae, as well as his reason for praying for them.

Now that themes have been discussed and an overview of the letter has been given, Aaron, Ben, Clayton and Dustin begin going through the text of Paul's letter to the Colossians.

After a long break we are finally back! We are beginning a study in the book of Colossians, and are kicking it off with a discussion about themes throughout this letter so that we can have a view of the "forest" before we start studying the trees.

"Money is the root of all evil." A phrase that is not all that unfamiliar to most, but is perhaps one of the biggest misquotes from the Bible. Not only is the meaning typically not applied correctly, but the wording itself is significantly different from what the Bible actually says. But what does God have to say about money? Is it inherently wrong for Christians to be wealthy? Ben, Clayton and Dustin discuss this major issue that certainly applies directly to them as well as any who have the ability to watch/listen to this episode.

The Bible talks about a God Who is all loving and all powerful. If these claims are true, then why does evil and suffering exist? Aaron, Ben, Clayton and Dustin take a look at this issue that so many have struggled with and briefly discuss how the God of the Bible can exist while there is, at the same time, evil and suffering in the world.

People often say that God is love, but what does that look like and why does He love us so much? Ben, Clayton and Dustin discuss the various ways God demonstrates His love for us even though we have done nothing to deserve it.
