    Inositol is a naturally occurring compound that could be grouped with B vitamins that helps assist insulin regulation, and hormone balance. It can be found in food like nuts, grains and fruit. Inositol can also greatly help those who have PCOS or endometriosis conceive.

    Caitlin and Sophia go over the difference between Myo-inositol (MYO): The most common form, often used for mental health and insulin resistance and D-chiro-inositol (DCI): Often combined with myo-inositol, particularly for PCOS, to help regulate glucose metabolism.
