Chef Cheung's early days touted working along side Jean-Georges Vongerichten at Vong, the original Nobu with Morimoto Masaharu and Ruby Foo's. He later traveled extensively throughout China honing his culinary skills. This restauranteur has been featured on television many times including Chopped and Food Fight.
