I first came across Helens work via her insightful and entertaining podcast 'Diary of a CLO' where she invites a wide cross-section of guests on to talk about all things development. (Link below). This led me to following her on LinkedIn and learning about all the work she does with Thrive who are a company that pride themselves on being able to prove the impact of learning with support from their learning management system. I also got to see all the amazing work she does to support and make space for women in the L&D industry through her WomenIn community. How she even had time to have this conversation I will never know!
