    • Serving the King of all with all our resources.
    • Evolution of generous giving.

    • Understand the purpose of what you’re doing. Every business and every action has a reason. What is it?

  • Ryan Hiebsch: Integrating Faith and Business
    2025/09/23

What are the little things that we can start to put into motion to be the hands and the feet of God in our communities?

In this episode, Jeff and Ryan discuss:

    • Having fun while gaining experience.
    • Learning from those around you with more understanding and greater experience.
    • Stumbling forward while figuring it out.
    • Integrating your business life and your faith life.

    Key Takeaways:

    • You don’t always have to have a new idea; just be the one willing to follow a well-worked blueprint. Look for who else is doing what you want to be doing and see how you can adapt it for your business.
    • If you follow the Lord’s path, you’ll be amazed at where it can take you, even if you don’t understand why.
    • Time and energy are your limiting assets. You can try to go alone, or you can expand with others and grow together.
    • Learning what it means to be a Christian business owner (and not just a business owner who happens to be Christian) will appear different for every person and every organization.
    • Be willing to just start, even if you don’t feel ready. You don’t need to overthink getting started.

"We're a small enough organization, we can all dream. We can all dream as to what this might look like, and we can all be facilitators of how this might look. There are no rules. There is no set guideline or practice. Everything's on the table, so let's talk about it." — Ryan Hiebsch

About Ryan Hiebsch: Ryan Hiebsch is a seasoned real estate investor with over 21 years of experience specializing in value-add properties. Holding a degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of North Florida, he has completed over 165 projects, demonstrating a keen ability to identify opportunities and maximize returns. As a licensed broker for 20 years, Ryan has excelled in both residential and commercial real estate, currently owning and managing 91 rental units in Jacksonville, FL, while developing a 66-unit build-to-rent townhome community.
