In this week's sermon, Lead Pastor Matt Dean works through chapter 14. There we are reminded and encouraged with the truth of Gods character to establish order and unity as the church uses spiritual gifts given by Him for His glory and uplifting of His people.

This week in Sunday's sermon we continued working through the letter of 1 Corinthians. As we walked through chapter 13, Lead Pastor Matt Dean pointed our hearts towards the present and future realities of our hope in Jesus! We are encouraged and challenged this week to consider this hope and the powerful impact it has on all of our lives.

In this chapter the apostle Paul reveals to us the truth that the Spirit of God uniquely and powerfully glorifies the name of Jesus in many ways. This is necessary for Paul to write as he is working to clarify chaos occurring in the lives of Corinthian believers.

In this week's text, the apostle Paul brings clarity to the follower of Jesus in world full of confusion and chaos. We are reminded here that our Lord created us to live in a way that brings Him glory and living this way is counter to a culture pleading with us to glorify ourselves.

This week, in Sunday's sermon, Executive Pastor Lee Cadden preached through 1 Corinthians 10. In this chapter, Paul reminds us of Gods faithfulness to provide a way out of our temptations. We also see the unique bond that those who are a part of the family of God have with one another through Jesus. It is in this connection to each other we learn to consider other followers of Jesus as we work to glorify God in all things!
