    What we are learning is how to integrate our entire experience while getting to know ourselves. When Yoga practitioners become scientists and accomplished academics it makes for expansive conversation! Dr. Kristina Dandy Reinhard is a Psych Professor at GCSU and Shamatha Meditation practitioner and teacher. When I asked Kristina what was coming up for her now around meditation, she replied with a quote from Pema Chodron, “Whatever comes into the space is there to teach you.”
