    This topic comes from a question I received in the Hairchair Boss Facebook group. This stylist’s challenge and question is wanting to know how to protect their energy against downer clients, catty stylists and micro-managing salon owners.

    I like this question because it’s something that a lot of hairstylists face in one way or another. This is a real issue that I know you have either faced or may encounter in the future and I want to be able to give you some tools that will help you navigate any of these situations.

    And as a business and life coach to booth renter hairstylists, I hear about these challenges from my students and as a long time booth renter myself, I totally understand these situations because I’ve been in your shoes and I’ve had to deal with every single one these challenges myself.
