You can hide your tough seasons from most, but not your partner. That's the person who's there everyday and sees every season that you navigate. With that comes up and down, times of joy and times of sadness. The way we process these emotions can have a big big impact on the relationship as a whole.
We share some personal stuff like how we both deal with seasons when we feel low mentally, but also ways we've found that will help you get through the low moments. Individually and as a couple.
