    Elaine understands the culture of agriculture and is gifted at helping folks see great outcomes and workable paths for their family farms. Her team of 5 next-gen coaches work with farms and ranches all over Canada and the US. Elaine’s monthly membership site is a live group coaching experience 3 times a month for over 55 farm families.

    Her mission is to help families find harmony through understanding.

    In today’s episode, Elaine and I chat about all things farm transition planning, including the reasons why this can be such a difficult conversation to start and continue for farm families. We talk about why communication is so important and some of the steps Elaine and her team take in helping families navigate difficult situations and move towards a place of harmony.
