Here is my "HOW", after my "Why"....

How I arrived to this moment at 54 and a past debilitating spinal condition with two hips that failed me, I found myself. Thus I found my second chapter after 50. I discvered the true unveiling of me and my hearts calling. ( I also found my balls to do this podcast). I cant say it any other way, sorry, not really sorry.

In this episodic truth telling of getting acquainted I share my "how to overcome the littany of self doubts and negative talk that ultimately sabotage your next phase or step or choice!"
