    Instead of giving up, prison was the chance for Louis Bricusse to start fighting back.



    He is an up-and-coming MMA fighter, trained by Nathan Jones, Jack T, Dean Barthelemy and Modestas Bukauskas.



    Louis represents GB Top Team and Elevate Martial Arts.



    As well as competing, he is passing on his skills to students of all ages as a highly effective martial arts coach.
