The day of my first moon cycle, aka "period" began like any other in a middle school girl's life. It's the day that would eventually lead to my becoming a researcher of health. I'd previously asked my mother tons of questions and read all that I could get my pre-teen hands on concerning "Aunt Flow" and many other things.
As time went on, I realized something about my body's menstrual cycle that would hold true in other areas of my life-- I wasn't "regular" or considered "normal." Truly curious about my body and how to get it to "act right," I embarked on what would lead to a healing journey. I welcome you and anyone willing to listen with attuned ears and an open mind to join.
