  • Ask Jen: Can Red Light Therapy and Saunas Help With Head Trauma and Concussions?

    Infrared saunas offer numerous health benefits. They're excellent for healing from an injury, reducing inflammation, improving circulation, and even aiding in the recovery from brain trauma, such as concussions.

    While I'm not a medical expert, I’ve experienced firsthand how this therapy can promote unbelievable healing, especially when combined with red light therapy. If you’re dealing with pain, or inflammation, or just looking for ways to boost your overall wellness, an infrared sauna might be worth considering.

    In this episode, I'm answering these three questions:

  • My Recent Transformative Trips & Exciting New Projects – You Won't Want to Miss This

    I’m coming to you today with an update on what's been happening in my world lately.

    Over the past few months, I've been taking a step back to assess my projects and goals. So, I've intentionally set aside September to take a break from work and the day-to-day hustle, getting a little quiet with myself, and thinking about what I want to achieve with the Homes That Heal podcast.

    September turned out to be all about travel, family, and discovery. It was absolutely amazing,

    First off, Mom and I took a fabulous annual mother-daughter trip up to Bayfield, Wisconsin. Our special getaway is filled with relaxation, reminiscing, and rejuvenation.

    Second, Mark and I went to West Palm Beach, Florida. We attended an event hosted by our amazing coaches Bob Burg, Kim Angeli, and Jeff West. More than an event, it’s an experience. It was all about connecting, sharing, living in gratitude, and creating a sense of support.
