    “Are you ready for commitment?” “Or do you still want to play games?” The questions I have been asking myself these days. So basically I was ready to just quit podcasting. It was another comparison tactic I began to use. Even though I have content, I still hesitate with the follow through. I have experienced a lot even since the last episode in February.     “Brrr. it’s cold in here. There must be some TAURUS in the atmosphere.” Ok saw this as an Instagram caption and thought it was cute. Can you guess the iconic movie it is referring? Bring It On!! 1 through 100? So good. (Even the one with Solange.) So back in March I didn’t have a vehicle for the week so I binged all of them on Hulu. Needless to say with cheerleading, it is an art. Intertwined with expression, dance, and gymnastics.. cheerleading is inspiring especially competitively. How do I set boundaries so that I can foster/attract safe, authentic relationships. Make sure to remember & be mindful not to sacrifice self over other people that try to cross those set boundaries. What I have put into practice with establishing healthy boundaries from my own journey so far. Respond rather than react when faced with uncomfortable situations if and when your boundaries are crossed. Attachment Theory. Secure attachment style. The 3 insecure attachment styles. The start of my understanding of what I have learned & discerned through information on this theory from multiple holistic psychologists, Em Rata’s take on her podcast episode, and the Attachment Theory Project website. I get raw about my mental health the past few months, how my thoughts and ideations get to the lowest.. while still maintaining hope. I get real about my experience with the attachment style I believe I fall under just by being aware of what the universe is showing me (through sexual drive with these Grindr hookups and all.. yay!
