    Who sees your tears?

    Who sees you cry?

Some of us cry easily and openly for all to see. Some of us don’t have anyone we feel safe to cry with. Tears and sadness, agony, or grief are all part of our human experience. The Beautiful thing is that there is ONE who knows every tear.

Psalm 56 tells us that God knows... that He collects our tears in a bottle. What an image! That our tears are written in His book.

His compassion is so great that He’s done something about our grief. His son, Jesus, came, He died, He gave His life. He took the grief of the world on Himself. And He gave His life for you and for me.

And one day… we’re told He will wipe away every tear from our eyes.

Always remember there is hope with God.

"You keep track of all my sorrows. You have collected all my tears in your bottle. You have recorded each one in your book." Psalm 56:8

  • The Way to Peace
    2025/04/14
When Jesus rode into Jerusalem on what we now call Palm Sunday, the people bowed down and placed palm fronds on the ground for Him to ride over.

This action was a show that they were welcoming, not just any person, but a king.

As people were worshiping Him, and shouting, "Hosannah! Blessed is the king of Israel!", what do you think He did?

He wept because He knew that these people did not understand what would lead them to the ultimate peace they were looking for.

It wasn't glorious in human terms. It was, instead, the humility of one man, the earth-shaking, death-reversing sacrifice of the God of all creation. The power of His freely given life swallowed up death itself for all who would choose to follow Him.

He is the way to peace.

  • God Came to Earth
    2025/04/11
Before Jesus came into the earth as a human, the Bible tells us He already existed.

Before the beginning of time! Out of pure, overwhelming love, He willingly became a human baby entering into the very world that He created Himself.

He willingly stepped into our human experience, with all of our struggles and limitations, knowing from the very beginning that He had one main purpose: to go to the cross and die.

He loved the world so much that He went into it and died to restore all of humanity's relationship to the one true God. For all those who would choose Him, for all who would follow Him. Will you choose to follow Him today?

    Pray with me now.

God, I give You my life. Wash me clean of all my sins. And I receive You, Your good gifts, Your promises, new life, forgiveness, and eternity. Amen.

Always remember there is hope with God. I’m Andrew Palau.

  • Generosity Is God’s Idea
    2025/04/10
People say it’s better to give than receive.

This truth actually comes from the Bible. Jesus said: You are more blessed to give than receive. And He knows because He gave everything for the world, so that we could receive life.

He said: I lay down my life for my friends. Jesus said: Because I live, you will live. What an offer!

Have you received all that Jesus has offered you? Have you said: Yes, Lord, I want this gift. It’s so simple. It’s not a complicated transaction, but it’s radical and it’s transformational.

Just humble yourself before Him and say: Yes, Lord. You are God; I am not. You are the author of life, and I want life.

Always remember there is hope with God.

  • Sacrificial Love
    2025/04/09
    1 John 3:16 says this...

This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers and sisters.

Is this the way you’ve thought about God? As the One whose love actually moves us to love others, to show compassion, and moves us to live generously?

This isn’t some distant, uncaring God. This is a God whose heart beats for you and for every single person on this planet as well. He longs for everyone to know Him, to experience His perfect, life-changing love. And He wants us to be a part of sharing that love, spreading the word about who He is to the whole world!

This is your opportunity today to rethink whatever you may have heard about Jesus. Will you take that risk and ask God to meet with you right now?

Always remember there is hope with God. I’m Andrew Palau.

  • We Have a Problem
    2025/04/08
Sin isn’t a popular word; it sounds antiquated.

But sin is a real thing. The original Greek word means to miss the mark. To not do what should be done or to do what should not be done. We all know in our hearts what sin is because every single one of us sins.

So, how do we deal with this problem? Do we work hard to make up for the wrong things? Do we try to do more good to outweigh the bad?

God made a way for us to be free. He sent His son, who became sin even though He was without sin so that we could be free. And He is more powerful than sin. The evidence of this is that He rose from the dead.

You won’t be completely without sin today. But you can be forgiven before the Living God.

Always remember there is hope with God.

"For God was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself, no longer counting people’s sins against them. And he gave us this wonderful message of reconciliation." 2 Corinthians 5:19

  • What You Cannot Give
    2025/04/07
I’m sure that you’ve heard the saying, “It’s better to give than to receive.”

Did you know that Jesus is the one who said that?

The Apostle Paul quotes Him in Acts 20:35 when he says, “…. by this kind of hard work, we must help the weak, remembering the words of the Lord Jesus himself, who said: ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’ ”

There is one thing, however, that we cannot give but only receive ourselves. And that is our salvation. The rescue that Jesus Christ gives from the grip of death. The repairing of our relationship with our loving Creator, God. We are invited to receive this gift. We believe, we repent, and we receive forgiveness and eternal life. What a gift!

Then, your life becomes a living testimony that will lead others to Jesus Christ and the gift of eternal life.

  • Heaven Now
    2025/04/04
    Where is Heaven?

Have you ever pictured it like castles in the clouds or in a mystical other dimension?

Well, I believe that you can experience something similar to Heaven right now where you are, and you don’t have to wait until you die.

Do you want to know the peace and the presence of the One who loves you so much that He gave His life for you?

His name is Jesus. If you follow Him, His powerful, death-defeating love will be yours. When this life ends, you will spend eternity with Him in Heaven. But it also really begins now… new life.

His Spirit will come to live inside you. That will bring comfort and a friendship like nothing else does in this world.

If you want to know Him, pray with me now.

Lord, I put my life in Your hands. Jesus, I believe that You died for me to free me from every wrong thing I’ve ever done. Please forgive me. I want to follow You into new life, into eternal life. Jesus, let this new life begin right now. Amen.
