How Healthy is Your Heart? Let's discuss the ABC's of Heart Health!

  • サマリー

  • February is American Heart Month and a perfect reason to promote heart-healthy habits with the fifth episode of The Healthy Dose, a health and wellness podcast designed to address the health care needs of our community. Join our host, Dr. Jonathan Nasser, and Dr. Sandeep Singh, Board Certified Cardiologist and Co-Director of the Division of Cardiology at Crystal Run Healthcare, as they discuss the ABCs of heart health, the importance of health screenings, and how incremental lifestyle changes create long-term health improvements. During the Podcast, they take a deep dive into who benefits from focusing on their heart health (everyone), who really needs to take aspirin for heart disease prevention (not everyone), and how your PCP and cardiologist can get you on a heart-healthy path.
