The work world is challenging, it´s getting harder and harder to attract, find, and keep good people and companies have to change their strategies of how to work with their teams - instead of having them work for them.

In this episode, I´ll talk about why the work world is challenging, what is changing, and what specific tools companies can use to be good employers and good managers.
