NEW PLATFORM: Meeting in the Middle

In this week’s episode of I Hadn’t Considered That, we hear from Michelle, a listener with some questions about ghosting, especially in relationships that are not romantic in nature. To help get to the bottom of Michelle’s questions and concerns, I’ll be sharing some insight into how prevalent ghosting is, why people do it, and what we can do if we have been ghosted.

  • 23: Emptynesting: When the Kids Fly the Coop
    2022/07/25

In this week's episode, I sit down with my friend Sali to talk about the next phase of my life: being an emptynester. This is my first week after having dropped my daughter off at college three states away and I have questions.

Sali Cranleigh hails from Somerset, England and is a two-time retired mom and has been since her son, Harley, left home over a decade ago followed shortly by her daughter, Lola. Sali helps me navigate this new phase of my life by offering insight, perspective, experience, and reassurance that everything will be just fine and as it should be: parents and children doing the best they can in their own space, growing and learning.

  • 21: Roe - What Happened and What We Can Do
    2022/07/04

In this week's episode, we're having a talk about the overturning of Roe v. Wade because there is no such thing as too much conversation and there are so many conversations we still need to have and we can't stop having them.

In this solo episode, I'm going to shed some light on what this decision means, how we got here, and what we can do now. This isn't pontification. It's information, facts, and actions we need to take. Thank you for coming to this space and being part of how we solve this.

Please, if you have friends that need more information and want to understand what we can do to help protect a woman's right to an abortion, and the rights of anyone else fighting for their right to exist in the manner of their choosing, share this episode.
