Today, I'm sharing the experience of how I was "made fun of" in a public tik tok video, how I moved through the "spirals", sought out support, and regulated my nervous system. I would have reacted VERY differently a year ago, and I laid out exactly the work I've done over the year to become way more regulated.
I also, of course, give you all the "Taylor Swift" talk, since we need to have it. And it's relevant.
