Helena Gonzalez came to coaching after a few years of practicing law and discovering that she "didn't want to measure success by six-minute increments." She decided to move behind the scenes, and now she works internally as a professional development and talent management in a private law firm, where part of her job is coaching lawyers to improve their performance and wellbeing.
