It's natural to feel worried or frustrated with ourselves when we see others succeed as we stand by as frozen onlookers on life. For some of us, self-doubt is a greater obstacle than others.

The surprising thing about life is how good it feels simply to pause and acknowledge the self-doubt without judgment. It feels healing to acknowledge why we believe we are lacking or why we are afraid.
