    Lawyers for death row inmate Ralph Menzies say he is no longer competent enough to be executed due to dementia; medical experts commissioned by the state of Utah disagree. Now, the case is going before a judge to determine whether the execution can go forth. KSL Legal Analyst Greg Skordas explains the updates to our listeners.
