  • Grand Island High School Musical - Something Rotten

    Joining this episode of the podcast was: Ms. Amy Boutet, Director of the musical. Additionally, 12th grade superstars, Annabelle Linenfelser, Lauren Olendorf, Jayden Kleinschmidt and Alejandro Perez offered their insights and talents to this recording.

    Something Rotten! is a musical comedy with a book by John O'Farrell and Karey Kirkpatrick and music and lyrics by Karey and Wayne Kirkpatrick.

    Set in 1595, the story follows the Bottom brothers, Nick and Nigel, who struggle to find success in the theatrical world as they compete with the wild popularity of their contemporary William Shakespeare.

    Performances of this musical will take place on Thursday, February 6, and Friday, February 7 at 7:00 pm. and Saturday, February 8 at 6:00 pm. All performances will take place in our very own Grand Viking Theater.
