James helps me to understand what the paranormal is made up of on an easier level of understanding for those of us who aren’t so familiar with the unknown and unfamiliar! James doesn’t just dabble within the realm of ghosts, demons and spirits, he takes on many different things that roam this planet from, ufos and extra terrestrials, to animal crypto-ids like Big Foot and Nessi! Where does the line draw between science and spirituality? Is it a psychological disease or is it just our minds playing tricks on us? Or is it something else entirely different that has an effect on what it is that actually haunts us! Are these experiences some have caused by natural occurrences or are they man made folklore? When it comes to spirituality our positive and negative emotions really have a bigger influence than we think and may shape what happens around us! Energy is strong but our fears sometimes might be stronger. We talk about sleep paralysis, demons, possession and we talk about drugs and alcohol and how these can inhibit our minds for either good or for bad. The Duality of life is forever changing and we’re always trying to find the right balance but what happens in the dark always comes into the light eventually!
