Are those allergies, serious sinus problems, or a viral illness? With COVID-19 still spreading, it’s important to recognize that there are similar symptoms between viruses, seasonal allergies, or something more serious. In our latest episode of The Healthy Dose, a health and wellness podcast that addresses the health care needs of our community, we discuss a variety of ENT problems in children and adults and their symptoms. Join our host, Dr. Jonathan Nasser, and Dr. Sam Spinowitz, Otolaryngologist at Crystal Run Healthcare, as they discuss the lesser-known side effects of COVID-19, symptoms of severe sinus issues, recurrent ear infections in children, and surgical options for those suffering from chronic conditions. During the Podcast, learn about why you can get a runny nose while eating, when to stop self-diagnosing your allergies and start scheduling a visit with an ENT specialist, and hear about some of the weirdest objects Dr. Spinowitz has pulled out of people’s ears (and not in a magical way).
