  • サマリー

  • In today’s episode Emma is joined by Caitlin Pender, registered Physiotherapist as well as a qualified Yoga, Pilates & Barre instructor, with specialised training in Pelvic Floor physiotherapy. Caitlin is the owner of Her Women’s Health, a Sunshine Coast based business aimed to help women manage health conditions such as pelvic floor dysfunction, pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse and incontinence.

Today Cailtin fills us with her knowledge giving us tips on how to identify if your pelvic floor is overactive or underactive and when the best time is to see a physiotherapist.

I'm Emma, I have always had a passion for fitness and after having my second baby I knew it was time for me to do something for myself, I followed my dream of becoming a personal trainer. I am a certified pre/post natal trainer who works closely with a Women's Health Physiotherapist to ensure women get the best care and support.

I am also a proud member of the MumSafe™ team of fitness professionals who provide safe and effective exercise at every stage of motherhood.
