JTD Talks……..Mental Check In!!

  • What’s up JTDco. It’s so much going on in the world right now and I just wanted to take this time to do a mental check in with you guys. As well as being open and honest about my mental state right now. Being able to talk to you guys is a form of therapy for me but I also mention other ways that has helped me along this journey. I just want all of you to know that no matter what your going through, no matter how bad it is, trouble don’t let always !! So eventually we will be up and out of this “Great depression” (just what I like to call it) and will soon be able to bask in the fruits of our labor. Now I know I have been slacking I’m a few areas of life and hate that I can’t be superwomen and do everything and still feel amazing, but I’m learning that it’s just unrealistic and that I need to prioritize sometime for myself so that I can be the best version of me for everyone around me and I encourage you all to do the same!! I’d love to hear some ways that you guys are implementing self care into your daily routines and just chat down in the podcast notes below letting me know how y’all are feeling and where your mental is today!! I absolutely love talking to you guys and I really hope you enjoy todays podcast.
