Jeff Deskovic | What Happens to an Exoneree After Their Release?

  • サマリー

  • What happens to an exoneree after they are released? Let's find out as we welcome BACK today’s guest, Jeff Deskovic. A truly remarkable human, Jeff is an exoneree, an advocate for criminal justice reform, a lawyer, and the founder of the Jeffrey Deskovic Foundation.

I would encourage you to go back and listen to his first interview (which is two parts) on DIE-ALOGUE where Jeff shares his practically unbelievable story. He was wrongfully convicted of the rape and murder of Angela Correa, only to be exonerated (on the grounds of ACTUAL innocence) 16 years later.

Listen to Jeff’s 1st interview on DIE-ALOGUE here:

Today he’s come back to help us understand what happens to an exoneree after their release. Listeners, prepare yourselves: it’s horrible. The better news is that Jeff is working tirelessly to change that and he gives us ways to join the cause. You don’t need to be rich, talented, or have a certain type of career- we can ALL do SOMETHING.

If you care about wrongful convictions, this conversation is a must listen. Please share! Resources listed below, including a link to Jeff’s Foundation’s Patreon page.
