In this episode, I share about my personal journey with getting out of a slump and "getting my life together", WHY it's so important to have a routine to do this, and the BEST 7-step routine that I've discovered over so many iterations and testing. I'm really passionate about this topic because everyone falls into a slump on occasion, it's human nature. But, it can take extra stress off you to have a game plan for when this occurs. Because when you're ready to get back to the world, you have a blueprint for exactly where to start.
