Carrie Miller Smaczny has been a movement practitioner for over 20 years.
She is a retired choreographer and dancer with a MFA in Dance from University of CA Irvine. 

Her work includes embodiment, somatic approaches, movement theory, breathwork healing,  fascia release / patterning, proprioception exercises, Pilates, barre and functional training. 

She currently teaches in Paradise Valley, AZ at a local pilates studio as well as her own boutique online teacher education courses. 

She has two children, a husband of 21 years, and two mini dachshunds.
