You may feel tension and tightness in your chest, discomfort in your stomach, tightness in your shoulders and neck, muscle tension, and a feeling of wanting to shrink or disappear. This is the effect of judgment and shame.
The reason I am discussing this topic is many young mothers experience judgment and are riddled with shame.
