  • サマリー

  • Canadian born, Keith Johnston was raised by a father who was a sports fanatic, having played and excelled in several sports in high school.

From 2005 to 2009 Keith had 5 of his photos featured on the cover of Referee Magazine.

In 2009 Keith and his wife Sylvia moved to Vernon, British Columbia. Keith helped coach football for Vernon Secondary school in Vernon and continued to photograph high school sports in the Vernon area.

In 2011 Keith had a dream come true. McMaster University, his alma mater, advanced to the finals of the Canadian University football championship, the Vanier Cup. This was the first time McMaster had competed for the national championship since 1967. The game was played in Vancouver British Columbia the night before Vernon

Secondary School competed in a football playoff game in Vancouver. Keith secured a sideline pass from Referee Magazine and photographed McMaster’s first national championship win in a game that has been called the “best game ever” in Canadian college football.

In 2021, Keith and his wife returned to Texas and Keith continues to cover sports in the Dallas area and submit photos to Referee Magazine. He recently had his 6th photo on the cover of Referee Magazine.
