The program is replayed Fridays between 2PM and 3PM on Melbourne’s 3ZZZ 92.3FM MEA CULPA We have to make a correction, and Mea Culpa, for what appears now to be Maurice Klein reading out fake news as last week’s Mythbuster, what was meant to be a suicide letter by a young man at the Nova Festival October 7, who witnessed the rape and killing of a woman and later took his own life due to suffering survivor guilt. That is not what we do here on L'Chaim - To Life. During the week, this has been widely reported in the media, including the Jewish Chronicle, to be fake, fake, fake news emanating from social media. We definitely do not want to be a party to disseminating “bullshizen”, but we weren't the only ones who fell for it, which included the German Ambassador to Israel. So we have removed the separate podcast and edited it out of the full program podcast, and hopefully lesson learned: make sure everything is genuine and fact-checked before it goes to air.
