Lee Smith - Leading K-12 Schools with Intention & Purpose (#10)

  • サマリー

  • Lee Smith is an international educator and has recently relocated back to Canada after spending numerous years overseas, working in education

After much of the last 25 years working in schools and living abroad, Lee Smith has moved back to Canada to be a full-time student again. Settling back to the prairies has allowed him now to be closer to family and friends and to reconnect with Canada after so many years away. And given him time to think about what might come next.

    In this episode we discuss:

    • The transition from leading learners to being a student
    • How to use Zen principles to create decision making
    • How to create boundaries between work and home
    • How schools are changing to adapt to a globalized world
    • The difference between competition and aggressiveness
