If you wanted to underdstand the potential outcomes from perfection listen as Dr. G. Wayne takes the listeners on a journey of understanding the by products of perfectionism. How is it that humans allow feelings of validation to come from external sources when the true and more pure form of validation comes from within. If you didn’t have a picture of what perfectionism is allow G. Wayne to paint this picture for you from a psychological standpoint, but then give you a story and illustrative view point of it as well. It is not okay to just have the professional definition of it along with how it shows up in business…Dr. G.Wayne further speaks on how these seeds impact us right there in our house and its cost to the family unit.
