We're all going to die one day - but are we living like it? My hypothesis is that many of us would do a lot of things differently if we were living from this perspective.

This episode ushers in the launch of Liberated, a new podcast series.

In this episode, I share a poem entitled, "who do you think you are?" It's a deeply personal poem that comes out of a season of deep frustration. The poem is about being hit in the face by a crippling barrage of lies questioning the very core of my identity.  I had a broken belief system coming from trauma that told me I wasn't enough, that I didn't have what it takes.

These are battles we all face, and I hope that in my sharing my story, it inspires you to keep fighting in yours. You've got this.
