  • Life Isn't Linear- Episode 28: Friends you would starve with
    2024/08/14

My most recent episode was inspired by a podcast I was listening to. From it where we explore the deep connections that shape our lives. In a world that's constantly changing, one thing remains true: the importance of friendship. Whether it’s a childhood bond that has withstood the test of time, or a new connection that just clicks, friendships are the threads that weave joy, support, and meaning into our daily lives. They shape us as people.

We’re diving into what makes friendships so essential, how they impact our well-being, and why investing in these relationships is one of the most rewarding things we can ever do. Are your friends someone you would starve with?

  • Life Isn't Linear- Episode 25: Should you build an investment conviction in Rivian??
    2024/03/26

Hey everyone! I've been spending some brain power on Rivian lately. Rivian has been making waves as one of the all in on EV car companies. The stock keeps dropping so I started to explore what sets Rivian apart from other EV manufacturers, their growth potential, and the various factors to consider before investing in Rivian.

They have some nice partnerships with Amazon and their well built electric pickup (R1T) truck and SUV (R1S) are head turners. So I took some time analyze other factors driving Rivian's potential success and examine the risks and rewards of investing in the stock.

But is this enough to decide to put money towards them? Are they the next Tesla? Or will Rivian meet the same fate as so many other startups?

My hope is this will point you in a direction to make your own decision. This is NOT financial advice just the end of my journey that made me come to my own conclusion.

  • Life Isn't Linear- Episode 22: "Everything that can be invented has been invented."
    2024/01/23

Hey everyone. Thank you for joining me on this new series. Since about 2008, I have kept a journal of quotes that I have found inspiring, shocking, scary, and thought provoking. So I have cherry picked a few that stood out to me. I am not sure how many of these I will do but I hope they make you think as much as they have made me think over the years.

So let's take a journey back in time and listen to the words of people from all walks of life. It's not just about the words but what a quote can mean to you. Sometimes it can be exactly what they say or you can interpret it another way. What motivates one person can do the opposite for another.
