    I always felt like a boat on a river with no rows and limited control over the outcomes. I found we mostly live life by default, but we can Design life from Consciousness. My guests and I share what we discovered on our journey.

    In 2022, I decided to speak about a grave topic - Children's Sexual Abuse (CSA) - to bring awareness and knowledge to this subject.

    As a survivor of this crashing-soul event, I decided to contribute to the healing of so many people (1 out of 4 girls and 1 out of 6 boys) by changing the default mindset around CSA, which is mainly to keep these things secret, silenced, covered with shame ...

    So I share my dream with you.

    I dream of a world where all children have a wonderful childhood.

    Where their safety, their physical, mental or emotional integrity IS.

    A world where the sanctity of their upbringing has become a reality rather than a wish.

    A world where we know we are responsible for each new being that is born, and we ensure its integrity wherever this little being is, wherever it has to go, at each stage of its journey towards adulthood. So, let's get out of the taboos and talk about the real things to co-create this world and make it come true.

Welcome to Life Juicy!

In 2022, I decided to speak about a grave topic - Children's Sexual Abuse (CSA) - to bring awareness and knowledge to this subject.

    As my spiritual master says: fear will always be there until the mind is completely enlightened. When you have experienced sexual abuse in childhood, it has impregnated all aspects of the mind. That is my experience. And, it comes back anytime you choose to get out of your comfort zone and expand your wings in life; the paradigm of fear will show up. And this is when it is important to dare to communicate my needs. So, after years of celibacy, I decided to get out of my comfort zone and be on a dating app…. After some cancelled dates, I met this person and fear showed up.

Maybe your healing journey is stalled, maybe it has not started yet… If you think about having children and you have experienced any kind of childhood abuse, please read Geanne Bowman’s book. She is a role model for me. So before diving into the parenthood adventure get ready by listening to this heartful conversation with Geanne.  

    In This Episode, You Will Hear about:

    • Parenting is hard and survivor parents can be the best parents (3:09)
    • To become a parent, heal yourself first (5:29)
    • Have a partner who can help you and become kind to yourself (12:00)
    • Set boundaries, and create an open space where everything can be said (15:00)
    • Create a safe space with them and teach honesty (20:00)
    • Teach them not to say no and not to be a people pleaser (30:00)
    • How to talk about this subject to them? (35:00)
    • Create a new legacy with your children (43:00)
    • Create a circle of trusted adults around your children (48:13)

    I come to you with a heavy heart today! I had bad news from a friend, and it is choking, sad and a reminder that children are still sexually abused under our watch. 

    This news trigged the eight-year-old I was, who, like this child, wanted not to live.

    I am still on my healing journey, and I will share what this event triggers in me.
